Direct Service Personnel (DSPs) and Independent Providers (IPs)
Education Fosters Growth is dedicated to ensuring the safe and accurate administration of medications for individuals with developmental disabilities and empowering agency staff and independent providers with the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional care.
We certify and train DSPs employed by agencies accredited by the DODD and IPs to administer medications.

Delegation Nursing:
